The journey between Agadir and Essaouira takes around three hours on the N1. This route, which crosses the Haut-Atlas mountains, has many sharp bends that require great caution at the wheel. It is advisable to drive carefully, especially on the most winding stretches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite these challenges, the road offers a spectacular panorama, winding through strikingly beautiful mountain scenery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the way to Essaouira you will pass through some of the most beautiful beaches in Morocco, namely Taghazout, Imi Ouaddar, Imsouane<\/a>, Tamri and then Sidi Kaouki<\/a> before arriving in Essaouira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The price of diesel is Dh9 (less than 1 Euro) per litre. Petrol is about Dh10.50 (1 Euro).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
